After a recent trip to Tulum in February (ah…dreaming of the days we could travel), we became very interesting in how different the architecture is in that area of Mexico from Puerto Vallarta real estate. The designs seem to fit the environment better. Speak to the landscape. Whisper the history of place. And echo the rhythm of their local lifestyle.
It left us longing for an evolving of residential design in Puerto Vallarta. Maybe we longed for change too quickly or for something that was already in the works. This week we have been enamored by Timothy Real Estate Group’s new listing Casa Cubo. It seems like a beautiful step in the right direction. A new style for the area that mixes indoor/outdoor living, raw industrial finishes with just a touch or bohemian style.
And the price is hard to beat starting at $289,000 completely furnished. Since we can’t call this place home at the moment, we hope this property will go to an amazing home owner and spawn many properties in a similar style. Hopefully, we will at least get to do the final home inspections for Casa Cubo. We have included a few photos of our favorite spaces. All photos are from Timothy Real Estate Website.
Like!! Thank you for publishing this awesome article.
With havin so much content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright
violation? My blog has a lot of unique content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it looks like
a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement.
Do you know any techniques to help stop content from being stolen?
I’d truly appreciate it.
Don’t really have any techniques to protect content. I honestly don’t mind if people share or content.
Asking questions are in fact fastidious thing if you are not understanding something fully, however this paragraph provides pleasant understanding yet.|
That is a good tip especially to those fresh to the blogosphere. Short but very precise info… Appreciate your sharing this one. A must read post!|
